Support: Live and Online

Upcoming Virtual and Live Endo Support and Education Meetings

  • Zoom Meetings:  NEW!  MONTHLY!   Our members voted to meet virtually the 3rd Sunday of the month 6-7 pm.  We invite all endo warriors and endo allies to join us.  If you suspect you may have endo, or suspect a loved one has endo; we welcome you to come and gain some insight.  It’s easy to sign up either via our private Facebook group or Contact Us and we will send you a Zoom link.
  • Online support:  We have a Facebook Group!  Look for the Greater Seattle Endometriosis Group.  This is a closed, private group, but it is easy to join.  Simply submit a request!
  • In-Person Event:  Thank you to all members who attended our 1st live event in 3 years in celebration of Endo Month on March 23, 2023!  It was a success and the Greater Seattle ERC board members and volunteers are looking forward to hosting more educational events.

Why Endo Support?

Left undiagnosed or untreated, endometriosis can be a frustrating condition. Painful periods can cause you to miss work or school and can strain relationships. Recurring pain can lead to depression, irritability, anxiety, anger, and feelings of helplessness. Infertility linked to endometriosis also can cause emotional distress. That’s why it’s important to seek treatment if you suspect you may have endometriosis and support. Keeping a record (pain journal) of your symptoms can aid your doctor in your diagnosis.

Finding appropriate help and support from those who have experienced similar symptoms is essential.
